We Provide Subscription-Based Preventive Maintenance Packages
TBAMS LLC offers subscription-based preventive maintenance packages for residential and commercial clients. These packages are designed to ensure optimal property upkeep and address often-overlooked maintenance issues, preventing costly repairs. The service includes monthly visits with two maintenance crew members for 1.5 hours, plus quarterly seasonal maintenance.
Standard Residential Packages
Prices range from $75/month for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath (900 sq ft or less) to $199/month for a 5-bedroom, 4-bath (2500-3900 sq ft). *Custom pricing applies for larger properties.
Investor Packages
Special rates for individuals or businesses with more than 8 properties, with discounts for annual payments.
