The service includes monthly visits with two maintenance crew members for 1.5 hours, plus quarterly seasonal maintenance.
Standard Residential Packages
Prices range from $75/month for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath (900 sq ft or less) to $199/month for a 5-bedroom, 4-bath (2500-3900 sq ft). *Custom pricing applies for larger properties.
Investor Packages
Special rates for individuals or businesses with more than 8 properties, with discounts for annual payments.
Monthly Maintenance
Customized checklists ensure ongoing property care, including services like changing light bulbs, checking air filters, and inspecting plumbing.
Quarterly Seasonal Packages
Tailored to each season (spring, summer, fall, winter) with specific services such as gutter cleaning, power washing, and chimney cleaning.
Discounted Additional Services
Members receive a 10% discount on additional services beyond the included maintenance.
